Thursday smursday

Fabulous day! Though I can't sit down or bend over with out looking like I'm 9 months pregnant haha. And that is what a great lower body workout will do! I love it!
Back squats 100 12-3
Barbell deadlifts 70 15-3

Bulgarian split squat 70 12-3 l&r

Narrow Leg press 140 12-4

As for today though I stayed in bed until 10:30 and did nothing but study and head to work. A great and much needed rest day.
Found more inspiration, Amanda Latona. Amazing!
Looking forward to cutting regimen come Saturday! No more rice at dinner though. Just about 6 weeks out!
I want her blue pants!
