Squats 10lb max out 160lb 8x 9r

Leg press 25 start w/ 10lb max out 150 10x 9 reps

leg extension 120 10r 3s

Calf raise 70 12-3

Can't even flex my quad right now! Not to mention I just about threw up while working out. Sometimes I hate taking my bcaa's!
