Maybe if I keep repeating it it'll magically appear! Today I focused on abs and light shoulders, thanks to the stretches I was taught my shoulder is healing. Not going to log entire workout due to the fact I was all over the place from shoulders to ab machines.
Im 6 weeks out tomorrow so I'll start higher cardio and lower cho.
Yay for new supplements as well, always exciting! We'll see how they hold up to the test.
