The last testimony

Eternity, being together for eternity. This is not it, but only a steeping stone.
Through out today my mom's last testimony ran through my mind, that she KNEW we would all be together again. May I live my life to meet that challenge. My post for the day.

Can't even flex my quad right now! Not to mention I just about threw up while working out. Sometimes I hate taking my bcaa's!

Resting :)

Weird day yesterday therefore I called it quits today. Im in a better spot emotionally but don't want to push it. When your body needs a rest I believe it let's you I know. It was screaming at me yesterday.
So excited for this show though. Amanda and I are getting a hotel room and will just relax watching shows and then we'll have the check in with our spray tans sometime that night.
And guess whose back, my cheese grater!!!!! Love this man


Cant always be on

Today is definitely an off day, I had to drag myself to the gym just to do cardio and abs. I was scheduled to do quads but I'm so sore I figured it's a good day to focus on abs. Cardio is what's going to get me, been on for 5:30 min and already feel done ugh just keep going!!!!!

Love day

My love day! I love my life, my man, my family, friends, job, my believes, my health and everything!!!
Day was great and so glad to meet up with my good friend Amanda to swap workout techniques and tips.
30 min cardio a day, high intensity on arm days and moderate on leg days. Get excited.



Nothing like a Saturday date night at the gym!!!! Cutting starts today and as we speak im cardioing it up while I pump myself up with thug music. I'll try post my thig face while singing I'm make it rain. Haha I get bored... Nope I'm just crazy!!
I read some great information today on changing behavior and really achieving goals. First and foremost you have to have the vision (this may get cheesy) the vision so clear you can taste it, see yourself achieving it, smell it! For real.
So... I will start taking time every day to literally see myself where I want to be!!! See myself accepting the sword, the smell of spray tan, pain of walking in heels way too high, the look of washboard abs. Yep the smell of spray tan!
Next is consistency. I will post each day during the next 6 weeks about everything I'm feeling and experiencing. Habits are habits, good vs bad, the choice is yours and I will change my bad habits into good ones.
Well this is getting long and my thoughts boggled but I never felt so ready!!!
